Médi'Nov Connection | Innovation Competition

Each year, the “Innovation Competition” recognizes a startup and its innovative medical device. The Medi’Nov jury, composed of experts from the industrial, institutional, financial, and media sectors, will select eight startups to present their projects on the day of the event. Each startup will have five minutes to present its innovation. Voting will take place in real time and will be split between the audience (75% of the score) and the jury (25% of the score). The results will be announced during the event’s closing dinner.

PITCH to the global MedTech community (institutions, investors, manufacturers, hospitals, etc.) to raise your profile and gain greater visibility.

In 2026, ECLIPSE NEUROTECH won the competition with Neuro E1, a brain-machine interface designed to restore speech to people with severe paralysis. Its epidural implant, placed above the dura mater without ever penetrating the brain, captures cortical activity which decoding algorithms translate into synthetic speech, enabling fluid, real-time communication with a simplified surgical procedure.
