Medi’nov lab
Enjoy an open-plan space surrounded by start-up booths, a showcase of innovation featuring prototypes and demonstrations, and a series of short talks highlighting innovative products and processes.
Flash sessions
Organised as short presentations and hosted by an industry expert, around twenty ‘flash’ talks will take place over two days at the heart of the exhibition, within the Medi'Nov Lab. Each talk provides a 10-minute overview of an innovative product, technology or process, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session with the audience at the end of the session.

A highlight within the event itself, the traditional ‘Innovation Competition’ recognises a start-up and its innovative medical device every year, helping to shape the future of medtech. Are you developing a device and would like the opportunity to present it to a community of specialists?

Discussion panels
Bringing together experts in healthcare and Artificial Intelligence, the round-table discussions organised as part of Medi’Nov will focus in 2026 on the link between Medtech and AI: what are the prospects, strategies and regulatory frameworks? These debates are eagerly anticipated by the sector! A highlight of the event, the traditional ‘innovation competition’ recognises a start-up and its innovative medical device each year, helping to shape the future of Medtech.
Plenary sessions
This year, the plenary sessions will be approached from two angles: Seven presentations, each complementing the others, will address the role of AI in every stage of a medical device’s lifecycle (from design to end of life), interspersed with three testimonials that will highlight the journey of a start-up that has developed an innovative medical device, as told by its founder: its origins, challenges, successes and future prospects.
