The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the terms and conditions for registering and participating in Médi'Nov Connection, organized by PROXIMUM, whose registered office is located at 24 Quai Gallieni, 92150 Suresnes. These terms and conditions of participation constitute the entire and sole agreement between PROXIMUM and the participant. Any registration for Médi'Nov Connection implies the participant's full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions of participation and obliges them to comply strictly with them. PROXIMUM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of participation at any time without recourse on the part of the participant. These modifications are binding on the participant as soon as they are posted online.
REGISTRATION
Registration for Médi'Nov Connection is free for visitors and subject to a fee for exhibitors. PROXIMUM reserves the right to refuse any registration for legitimate and non-discriminatory reasons and to exclude at any time any participant whose behavior disrupts the smooth running of the event or fails to comply with the conditions of participation, without compensation.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
PROXIMUM collects personal data relating to participants who subscribe to the services offered for participation in the Médi'Nov Connection event. RIGHT TO IMAGE
The participant authorizes, free of charge and without compensation of any kind, that any images and sounds captured during the Médi'Nov Connection event, by video and/or audio recording, and/or photography in which they appear, may be used, reproduced, modified, and distributed on any medium known or unknown to date, including on the social networks or websites of PROXIMUM / Vimeet Events, for the duration of the use of the video and/or audio recordings, and/or photographs.
RIGHTS AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions of participation are subject to French law. In the event that an amicable solution cannot be reached, any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation, or execution of these terms and conditions of participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction to which PROXIMUM belongs.
