PMB is a subcontractor for the manufacture of mechanical subassemblies mainly dedicated to nuclear medicine (X-ray tubes, mechanical elements for radiotherapy machines). PMB has historically specialized in the assembly of dissimilar materials by vacuum brazing (ceramic-metal, beryllium, etc.). PMB has also developed its own machines for electron beam sterilization as well as FLASH radiotherapy machines and cyclotron/radiochemistry solutions to produce radiopharmaceuticals for PET and theranostics.
